This Mat Marker is hand crafted in Florida and takes up to 2 weeks to make with your chosen stone and to ship. Set in Jet Gold Brass with a 4-6 mm stone, it can be taken on and off your mat. Amethyst: This Stone is coveted for its spiritual and healing properties. It is said to help with anxiety, depression, clear the mind, wash away toxic thinking, encourage healthy sleep patterns, and ease tension and headaches. Region: US, Brazil, Uruguay, Siberia, and Sri Lanka

Aventurine: Known as the "lucky charm" of stones, take it wherever you need some good mojo. Aventurine comes from “Avventura, ” an Italian word meaning “by chance. Mainly Brazil, Russia, Tanzania, and India.

Blue Lapis (Lapis Lazuli): Originating from the Persian word lazhuward meaning 'blue". Considered beneficial for emotional healing, alleviating stress, anxiety, and depression. It is also said to benefit the respiratory and nervous systems, the throat, vocal cords, and thyroid. This stone is believed to cleanse organs, bone marrow and thymus. Region: Northeast Afghanistan

Clear Quartz: Well known for its healing properties. Clear Quartz is found in abundance all over the world. During the Middle Ages it was carved into "crystal Balls" for divination.  First found in Mesopotamia.

Jade: Known to release blocked energy, remove guilt from the past, give you more authenticity, patience and endurance, be good for recalling dreams, clears negativity and chaos, and encourages self-reliance. Region: US, Russia, China, New Zealand, Guatemala, Canada, Myanmar, the Swiss Alps, and Mexico.

Opal: This Stone is believed to have several hearing healing properties including supporting the immune system and aiding recovery from long periods of illness. Regulating insulin in the body and detoxifying and regenerating the liver. Stimulating the heart chakra and bringing emotional stability and balance. Treating infections and fevers, purifying the blood and kidneys and aiding in water retention. Instilling passion and attracting true love. Region: 95% is found in Australia. The rest is found Brazil, Mexico, Honduras and the Western US.

Red Coral: Red Coral is considered a very potent gemstone associated with the Root Chakra, grounding, security and stability. Red Coral is said to possess the ability to enhance life force and promote fertility in various aspects, including new life, concepts, and projects. Region: Mediterranean Sea
